5. In port add 80.

For Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/Total Device setting:

1. Go to internet explorer

2. Then go Setting in top bar.

3. click on "Internet option"

4. click on connection.

5. double click on apn name and set the proxy.

6. set the proxy on LAN setting also,

Now Configure the same setting in IDM for better speed in downloads.
